Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance and local courier services)

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or courier disruptions may occur. We will always support you in resolving these issues promptly.

Changes to address

Yes, it’s possible to update your delivery address. Please contact our customer care team at customercare@paramsara.com as soon as possible with the revised details, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Kindly note that once your order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may no longer be possible.

Modification/Cancellation

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders promptly, which means we’re often unable to accommodate modifications/cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@paramsara.com with your order details. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Returns/ Refunds

We accept returns for unopened and unused products purchased directly from paramsara.com

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@paramsara.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, our Customer Care team will confirm your refund via email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned unused, in their original sealed and resellable Param Sara packaging. Returns of opened or used products cannot be accepted. In such cases, we will notify you by email and arrange to ship the items back to you at your cost.

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@paramsara.com within 7 days, including clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with next steps. Kindly wait for instructions before returning your purchase to avoid delays in resolving your claim.
